After merging with Mindtree, all the policies has been changed. Bench policy is completely changed to 60 days which was 90 days earlier. Appraisal cycle was changed to be in sync with Mindtree. Where we have to wait atleast 3+months. Hikes was very less, and it can't be considered as hike as variable pay is also merged in to the basic pay. Micro management is some of the projects.

There biggest Client is Citi Bank and apart from that they have small time projects
Be ready for multiple rounds of Internal Interviews and Client Evaluation for any project you propose or want to get in. The major drawback is the Work Force Management Team which isn't up to the mark, it's up to employees who are on the bench to get allocated and contact the Manager and schedule for interviews.
