Worst managers in ltimindtree Citi account Be careful of joining Risk department. No leaves of anyone gets approved. The KDM along with his two lieutenants make sure that no one is happy. People's holiday have been lapsed. No one cares. They use a software called prohancr which tracks your login time. You have to have 8 hours compulsory login everyday. Work life balance will be based on project. Leadership is good and visionary. Upskilling avenues available. Overall a good company to work for.

Dislikes

Sometimes wont find the respect for the work. Duration between appraisal cycle and hike letter is too long Getting into good project is random at best. You dont have too much control.

The only good thing as of now is company is giving on-time salary.

Everything, starting from management to infrastructure to admin support team. No hike from past 3 years, No proper communication to the employees, micromanagent, if someone ask something to HR about increment letter on company's engage portal they are been forced to delete the posts. They are forcing to take the interviews on weekdays and weekends but do not want to pay for it.

1. Short period and No development projects. 2. No proper team alignment in project and mangers not aware who’s working and not working. 3. Shift allowances and timings policies are tooooo worst. 4. Finally one word I can say: got release from hell.
