The merging of mindtree with LTI is one of the terrible decisions especially for the employees of Mindtree . The pay scale, hike, promotions everything vanished . If you are expecting anything financially..better try out other options
Good in terms of salary and benefits.
Management is worst in Mindtree. No one listens to your complaints. Managers and Team Leads were used to assign new tasks at day end and they always told us to complete the same on the same day. At the end, one by one whole team resigned but they didn't take any action.
Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
Trying to find the same apart from the roles and responsibilities that I am handling.
Lack of providing proper Salary Hikes for consecutive years and not keeping the promises on compensation as discussed with Management.
Work policy: 2 days/week from office
Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
No likes at all.
Bench is of 2 months only, and after that firing, 30-40% of sallry component is billable bonus which is given only if you are on project, No work life balance, projects are picked on short time basis with critical development and employees are made to work on weekends also, and once project is over people are released immediately....Read More

Good team, colleagues and manager. Hybrid model. Work life balance
After the merger this company has gone bad. No salary hike, no appraisal. Even if you get it’s like 0.5-1%. I would suggest skip this company for now until they have adjusted to their merger and start valuing their employees by paying them fairly and not in peanuts!!!
Work policy: 3 days/week from office
Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
All the above ratings are based on which project you are in. If you are in a good project where starting from colleagues to your project manager - very supporting, the understand your situation - you will start liking the organisation as well.
Shift allowance comes with the next month salary. 😅😂 But its okay.

LTIM provides competitive salary. It’s a good company to work with as people are good. Option to work in hybrid model. Not much work pressure (depends on project) Awesome work life balance.
Apart from salary there is no benefit as such. Zero recognition with higher management. Career growth is very slow. Increments are 0 to 5% annually depending in ratings. However on promotions one can expect 8%-10% which feels very less. No team bonding activities.

Company promotes new technologies and mainly focuses on learning new tech which is good
No projects at all, wasting resources Salary hikes are low Management only cares about their profit, they do not care about employees

Company is handling some of the better projects compare to other companies
Salary hike is very low. Even after working for 2 years in this company we got only 1.7k per month increment. Very much unfair to fresh employees with project allocation and everything. Really not liking the work culture here
There is nothing to like in LTIMINDTREE
All the policies are beneficial to the company. They don’t care about employee. And HR Team supports those policies. No town hall meetings to hear about from employees. They get more revenues every quarter and they are pride about it, but they don’t give good salary hike. The workforceteam is very poor, they don’t care about people in Bench. Even if there are people in the bench with Matching skill sets, they don’t onboard them instead they newly hire from outside then give higher package. They hire people even though there are no matching projects for their skill sets, and put them in bench for 6 months, later they ruin their life by terminating them....Read More

Work environment, culture need to be improved a lot. Behavior of managers very bad even in the market place senior manager uses bad language and threaten people. Standard need to be improved a lot.
