No need to worry about funds, guidelines available for everything, able to visualize everything from top end.

Dislikes

No uniformity in hiring & firing of Consultants, no uniformity & transparency in hiring process, favoritism, skills & talent is ignored in groups, peer pressure, not good places to sit, its desk based, feels lack of privacy, no space for thinking, always deadlines, no extra payment for extra hours, work or not work all are same, frequent transfer of reporting officers (Bureaucrats) , lack of knowledge among new officers still they dont listen to anyone. Ministry makes Public Health Cadre for States to follow however doesnt follow the same at Central level, there are no posts. MBBS, BDS getting promotions chance for prog implementation wherein other paramedics with Public health or Hospital/healthcare related exp or education are ignored. There are no carrer prospectus for these peo[le. Who would think about them....Read More

They must recruit assistant nurses from other countries. A registered nurse who have degree forced to do cleaning section (human waste) along with other important nursing jobs.2 after draining too much energy they wont be given gratuity, pension and so on.i worked for 12 years in the kingdom and I got nothing. Now iam working in the private sector for my daily expense.
