Some manager out there are very much biased with no work adherence & no process knowledge just don't know who made them managers and they won't give you any appraisals if you be a person who will speak directly to them with proper facts

They only hire people who are willing to say 'yes' to everything. They should call it the 'Yes Man' company. Your growth will solely depend upon how good 'YES MAN' you are with your boss you should have no opinions on whatsoever you believe in Salary structure is as such that they discourage more leaves
