I feel the management is biased while providing appraisal to their employees. Appraisal should be based upon the performance and not favouratism. Also the promotions are fully based on the same. Also i feel the job security is not that good. It all depends on the management of the company.

JLT is new to Pune and having a crowd of 250only.i joined JLT expecting about the growth and learning new things.they are having very good four their own values which are the best thing in JLT apart from this I can't find any valuable thing or factor over there

No planning for migration no poor people management and most important is they don't want to know how people are working with their minds or with their experience .they are not utilizing people in correct way.thier aim is just to complete the task only.no matter what will people will hurt or feel.no extra money for overtime.no growth for now.no migration is coming in Pune.
