if you are serious about writing scalable, production grade .NET code Mobiloitte gives u room to experiment. I was able to rewrite a legacy payments module in .NET core with proper DI, Logging, & A sync handling and My SR. reviewed the merge himself. working with Arvind and raj taught me how to navigate edge cases and write unit tests that actually caught things early. The appreciation culture cloud be more visible especially for backend folks who usually work behind the scenes. after a major releases weekend, we barely got slack mention. Rakesh from sales caused multiple fire drills by promising timelines that didt involve us bad guy

The Only Consistent challenge I've Noticed is with Mobiloitte Internship Program. while it gives exposure to many freshers not everyone approach it with right mindset. some inters expect full time treatment without demonstrating the expected effort or discipline. A few disrupt work processes delay assigned tasks and lack basic accountability. when not selected for final roles some express dissatisfaction by repeatedly posting exaggerated negative reviews which can distort the actual work environment. If ur Learning agile on the job mobiloitte offers the real thing sprint chos, scope creep and actual client escalations. constructive feedback loops help. also shoutout to HR for keeping the friday energy alive with cakes, quizzes and occasionally a loudspeaker we wish didn't exist

Managing new interns is part of the learning curve .. some rise fast but a few treat oofice like classroom breaks which can slow things down

Great place for developer who want to go beyond CRUD API's.... I got solid exposure to python, flask, mango DB,firebase and also some work with integrating third party API's.. The backend team values clean code and problem solving. I particularly liked how we handled scalability planning for an education platform where we managed concurrent user handling. SR. devs are hands on & encouragement, which helped me understand business logic better. plus the company does encourage tech led initiatives like proposing new DB structure or caching system to optimise performance.......Read More

Mobiloitte has been a rewarding place for starting there journey in business analytics, I was involved in actual client discussion, requirement analysis on based preparing BRD's and FRD's from early on the learning curve was steep, but it helped me understand both technical teams and clients perspectives. Tools like JIRA, confluence and excel were daily & I got to observe how analytics fed into product design and feature prioritizations. Mobiloitte gave me an excellent opportunity to work on full cycle project in react & redux, I got the chance to learn API integration, optimize components and manage deployment workflow. there's strong collaboration between the frontend and backends teams, the tech stack feels updated. I also appreciate that the team leads time to mentor developer and share knowledge across modules. work hours are flexible when needed, & the team is generally chill unless deadlines approach. you'll also get hand on exp with real time issues and client feedback loops great for growth....Read More
