Branch staffs are not suportive. Every time they talking with guards rudely. They assuming the guards as like servants. The whole organization is running with the help of guards. They are the backbone of the organization. Always talk with them polietly. Someone not understanding the documentry part. The branch staff has the duty to explain calmly.
