I had rewarding experience as a full-stack developer intern for the past three months. The company offered flexible evening work hours, which helped me manage both college and work seamlessly. Reporting directly to founder was a unique opportunity; he was approachable, and always took the time to teach before assigning tasks. Even when mistakes were made, he provided constrictive guidance. The work culture here has been quite supportive and I have appreciated the opportunities for growth. The managements communicate clearly and the team collaboration has been great. Overall, It's been a positive experience.

There are few areas where improvements could help enhance the overall experience even further.
