This feedback is shared in hope of improvement - not blame. No value given to personal emergencies or work-life balance. Skills and intelligence are often overlooked; talent retention is weak. Observed multiple instances of poor job security. Promises made during hiring (especially about salary revisions) were not honored. Exit process is unnecessarily difficult and emotionally draining. Part of salary held back with claims of “unprofessionalism” — which feels retaliatory, not fair. Advice to Management: Respect and empathy toward employees matter — both while joining and while leaving. HR policies need transparency, and promises should be kept to build trust.
