I did resign in less than 3 weeks of joining as the environment was not conducive and way too negative. A lot of harassment and insults by top level management. But on MD's personal assurance and relentless persuasion and assurance of change I stayed. After about 3 months I resigned as nothing changed rather it became way too negative. The problem is that the top level management does not know how to run a business and lacks basic courtesies. MD has a big ego and has habit of insulting everyone be it external sales person or employees or his family members<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary is never on time and they never provide pay slips unless you tell that you are going to court</mark>. They will never pay overtime and make you work at least 11 hours each day. HR and top level management will not respond to your emails and will want you to get your sick leaves pre-approved like if you are suddenly down with diarrhea, they'll deduct your salary even if you have leaves. You'll be micromanaged to the point that MD will insult you and call you names and curse you for not keeping your bag next to your assigned seat. MD refuses to wear a mask and encourages not to wear one (remember it's a hospital with covid ward). MD will plan your workday even when he has not knowledge on the subject and him and HR will assign you tasks at random and will want you to complete tasks that are not possible. Like I was asked to install a MS windows Scanner Server using AD 2019. Joining this organization is setting yourself for failure. No training, zero advancement of career and full of mental and physical torture. And of course you'll be asked to do stuff that is not ethical like delete emails from email server etc. No work from home. and remember MD has a huge ego, a small example, RAM for all servers got delivered at 9am and I was forced to install them there and then even without testing. We all told him that we can do it in off hours as we would have to shut down the hospital. But he made us install it at 10am....Read More

They don't want to pay anyone . Stealing wages from your hard earned money. Probably the worst place i have ever worked in. Overwork isn't compensated and no one takes responsibility for dealing with the staff. One deluded lady hr roams about doing nothing about anything.

Hr department and their policies are worst policies i have heard and there is no facilities for employees.salary is also not that good.Growth is limited.Forget about appraisal.so personally and professional .I wont recommend this hospital to anybody.

I like, i have learned many things related to the tutor work which I don't know earlier.

My colleagues are good but there is a problem in infrastructure as well as in management which they not resolve the issues of students. For eg. Students need audio visual aids for proper study. But they did not provide anything except except black board.
