Good work life balance, but the job and the company's existence in India hangs on a very thin thread. They have been downsizing extensively and the culture is going downhill. Employees always have a sword hanging above their heads..perform or perish a.k.a get terminated.

Management is very poor, you can't rely on them. Your job will always be in danger. People aren't much qualified and have lots of ego. Monotonous work, no work life balance. No perks at all.

Product company, no need to fill time sheets or bench like service based companies. You are directly hired for a position. You are regarded as an equal to your onsite counterpart and not like a slave. You can take your leaves freely, no need for multiple approvals, even for multiple days. They don't even ask you for reason for longleaves. Manager and HR really cares for an employee and try to resolve any issues. You are not targeted or even reprimanded for reporting any issues. They tell you to complete 9 hrs in office but your time is not tracked and they are fine we leave early and continue working from home if we have any late night meetings. Appraisals are always in double digits even if your performance is not exceptional. Company gives about 30k stipend for your skill development, which you can use to buy books are online guides and courses....Read More

Employees who are on the third-party payroll have the false assumption that their contract will extend or they will come to the company's payroll one day, but the fact is once the contract is over you will be treated as Mr.India and you will be kicked out.
