Dislikes

Their working hours is too hectic. No work-life balance. They don't follow their own switch off policy after so many times of complaining. HR of Motilal Oswal also not supporting to employees.

East Ht ops team became more pathetic after April 24.Act like for the people but actually they connect only with the seniors, never to the fls. Never connect people who resigned.Behavior is bad.

There is Appraisal after every 3 months based on your performance. There is annual picnic.

HR here is not for employee but for AVPs {Jay Bhanushali}. Even if this organisation follow switch off policy still there is late seating every week and in JFM there are days where they do late seating till 8:30. The work life balance is worst here. You get logout just to take rest at home. Taking a leave is not allowed here, if asked leave to AVP he just answer that i am not taking leave then how can you take. AVP just Emphasis his problems. The worst part of this organisation is that you have to return all the hard earn incentive to the company back onces to resign. and HR as glorify this by saying this is retention policy. The organisation just think of target and not about employee. There is no room to rest when you get sick. You have seat on desk and work even if you are ill. Candidates are hired with fake commitments that they would be provided client base after proving themselves with own base. I did. I made an investment of 5 cr from my own base but till date no existing client or attraited client base was given. Now it seems like the organisation just don't want to trust new joiners and they just hired us to take our own client bases (mostly from banks or other NBFCs). HR policy is pathetic. If a candidate could dare to highlight issues to the HR against the wrong doings..they just simply ignore and approve the resignation immediately. I never saw an organisation has zero affect for mass resignation. Very wrong place to join for beginners and mid level experienced employees. Only close to retirement aged people are going to be good fit since they would have hundreds of own client base and they don't care if they would be asked to leave after getting huge salary for 2-3 years because they are prepared for retirement.
