Salary/appraisal is very low in India. But it varies with Regions. Management does things as they like, but they won't listen to your opinions until unless, you are not taking responsibility for everything. Selection of better Unit is important in Mott MacDonald.

They might have lot of good qualities but I haven’t experienced anything till now.
