1) Very selective project bidding in Transport and Railway sector. 2) Higher management mostly MM veterans. They might have lot of good qualities but I haven’t experienced anything till now.

There are many. I have also did some mistakes, some of them I already know before I joining with them. So it is not their fault alone. If you are joining please discuss with your manager and clear all your doubts. It is my personal experience and it shouldn’t be same for others.
