1) Very selective project bidding in Transport and Railway sector. 2) Higher management mostly MM veterans. Management not so open for outsiders. 3) Management very conservative towards there set standards, not open for any changes w.r.t change in market etc. 4) Staff annual evaluation process termed as " Competency Tracker Assisment" which is a non logical evaluation. 5) Management not open to new ideas new line of business etc which would at times be beneficial w.r.t emerging market trends. Work-life balance is the top priority of the organization. Though the salary slab is a little bit lower side as compared to the market, mental satisfaction is the highest. Employees are very friendly and helpful. No politics in office. Flexible office timing, and hybrid mode of working. Sustainable life.

They might have lot of good qualities but I haven’t experienced anything till now.

There are many. I have also did some mistakes, some of them I already know before I joining with them. So it is not their fault alone. If you are joining please discuss with your manager and clear all your doubts. It is my personal experience and it shouldn’t be same for others.
