No Growth Don't think to join it if you are from engineering background. Movate technologies services does not have IT culture and they literally follow the BPO work culture. Most of the managers and all people above manager are non technical and they does not understand the work that you do or you can do. Worst part is they neitherbehaviour is not good.Here the client is Google ...google is also worst company because they don't no how to treated the employees inside the company.. Everything is political and mangers are worst in Trirating projects ,Mainly Sikindar manager is worst person,due to his character and partiality lot of employees suffering.Worthable employees are mainly suffer.Please terminate this type of mangers and leads. know one by one of employees desicions and their sufferings.

No salary hikes, No increments, No appraisal. Company itlself is in financial crisis. They can remove you whenever they want. No job security. Notice period is 3 months which doesn't suits the company. No growth in compensation as well as knowledge.

The project which I'm working in Movate for the past 1.5 years it's pretty much astonish me everytime as starting from a junior engineer, EL, TLs, HRs, Managers all are very helpful to one and other, Managers are so supportive. They never let other employees down always.

Dislikes

The company is wonderful, but it depends upon which project you are put up. The project which I'm working, has moderate salary with a huge work load. No proper hikes.
