28/8/2024 Go on the interview the company management put on discretion only for freshers and I worked 6 years food industry for my college use but this Maphasis company for me new industry I was excited to get my job here and was interviewed before 2 Days did not sleep there I work on continue shift. They had written for 2 hours for an interview after the mphasis staff called my name and she told her don't interview for you we connected only for freshers. Worst company they will call you simply and put you in the bench for most of the ppl once the bond completed they will put you in the bench ory first two month they will give half salary after that no salary sabbatical period starts after 2 months of bench this is my first company to work i disappointed me very much so i suggest you to go somw other better company like mnc

Dislikes

If you join as a fresher, your salary progression is very slow(almost negligible). No hikes since last 3 years. Variable pay is never given and they state that company is not performing well if you question them. Clients are God. No matter how ridiculous there demands are, management will agree to it without any questions. One of the worst insurance policies.
