Due to work from home work life balance is pretty good. Agile makes people work for 8hr time frame.

Dislikes

Every 3 month there is a layoff Management look at ground level things casually and takes weird decisions. Such as less resources, with more projects. Management think that everything just need to be prioritise and shouldnt be a problem if you have more projects. They dont understand focus is also required. MRO is has a big failureretaining a customer also unable to grab new business/ opportunities. Processes are so annoying to customer that they leave org within 2-3 months. MRO doesnt invest in R&D, they do not have any vision except on PPT. Figmd did not have processes but never disappointed Customers and Employees. MRO has ruined it. It has become a sinking boat....Read More

This could be the worst company I have ever worked with. The managers are spineless, zero support for good work BUT 100% partiality for those who can lic* the shoes. No employee valuation, no security. The work environment is so toxic that being from a prestigious university, I would never ever advise anybody to join this organisation. Its like a C*STING C*UCH system. But irony is, they call it PROFESSIONALISM Backst*bbing is so common here that it became a COMMON thing. Never ever join this company, it will drain your energy, positivity and take your humanity as well....Read More
