All the series of competitive exams is good but the culture of the company is not good the senior Management is not having that much experience of the market. So that employee's are not satisfied with the culture and working style of the company as well.

Senior Management in the company is not experienced in sales there is a lot of politics in senior Management. no chances for growth as I feel.

1 and 1/2 year. And no body is given a proper training for products . I really struggled in the beginning when I joined this company.
