Political entity into business of Automation. CEO has own Gang and runs the company his own way. Always surrounded with psychopaths. The company is stuck in a turnover range for many years not able to breakthrough. Many new entities have entered in the space in last one decade and scaled really well.

Didn't like the work environment at all, the people are so toxic they pressurise to work hard policy but in the time of appraisal your TL and manager will be your worse enemies forget about you personal life and designation they will treat you as a sweeper of there person house hold they don't care about employees personal problems they just want you to work like donkey all day all night still you will didn't get any appraisal in fect if you working with good approach or you are very close to the manager or your tl only then you will be notify. You can resign and negotiate promotion and increments without doing much.

Only one person takes all the decisions. You do not have much authority. Yes sir culture prevailing at the top. Lot of delays in almost all the projects /products . All the decisions taken in haste without discussion. Like suddenly they decided to move from Udyog vihar ph-4 to 20 km towards Nuh in Badshahpur, no employees were considered before taking such decisions.
