We were told to join the interview link at 11 am sharp. The HR joined the link on 12:30 am. Only one person was taking interviews of 60 candidates. He started alphabetically. We were waiting till evening 7pm but were not interviewed till then. Nor they confirmed if our interview will happen on the same day. The salary they were offering was 11.5k per month. First of all I would like to say that work environment was quite nice bcz our team member was nice they helped each other always and team leader always appreciate us for our work either work good or bad, so it gibes ur motivation or dedication to do work without pressure.

My first point would be there is little bit problem in salary management that always Used to be late for a week, and it was contractual based so when the time comes to be perfection and prove my self in that position, contact was expailed.

Job was quite interesting and we used to a dedicated work during the time of work environment was professional, learn soft skills during that work , customer handling on call, and many things.
