You won’t like anything. They treat employees like slaves. Once you get in you will be having a bond. If you break the bond, you have to pay lot of money. U can’t get out because of bond. And opportunities are not so good outside nowadays. So you have to do slavery for the rest of your life. They won’t increase salary but you have to be even ready to sacrifice your life gor the plant. No body gives a damn about safety. Managers want to meet targets in production. No timely salaries. No recognition for individual. There are around 10 people at the top level who are looting all the money and they give peanuts to employees at lower level. Never ever join in this organisation. It is like a mouse trap....Read More

Salaries and increments are not good .The worst thing for freshers is bond with 5 years .This bond spoils so many people life oventhough they are not providing good salary we have to pay overall CTC to break bond .

Very good environment to work, nowhere in India you find a plant so close to the city. Can spend our time with family after the office hours. Of course during emergency calls, we have to attend 24x7 which is common in any fertilizer plant.

Nothing much, we hope to come out of the tough situation faced by many Urea plants for the past 3 to 4 years.
