Dislikes: They force you to work on things that are not beneficial for you, and then they base promotions on skills you are not allowed to work on. The promotion process is terrible. They expect you to complete full-fledged projects in addition to your regular work, and promotions are dry not salary increment.
Dislikes: Job security is less.
It is growing so sometimes in order to maintain profitability makes compensation changes and appraisal delay .
Medical insurance can be better
Dislikes: They have limited number of clients due to which getting a project is very difficult if you are on bench.
