Appraisal is gud but only for thode who are close to senior level manager or president nd management is very poor for the night RTA department.

Lot of politics inside company for appraisals only people with connections on senior leve gets the better appraisal and however employees who are working really gud but didnt involve with senior leader didn't get recognised at all.

Nothing to like in this organization every time making pressure to employees. Very Bad work culture. Some employees getting two time increment In a year and left are getting as per market rate. Worst work culture I haven't seen in any organization.

Poor Company Management and Policies. Very bad experience, Lots of Politics, Few People working from last many years think that they are owner of the company. Please Join carefully after reading all in & exit policy because if you leave after Joining you have to pay them a handsome amount in the name of liquidity damages. So, Only Good thing in NAV is their building.
