Many training programs occure at good location and environment.so increase knowledge and do relax. If your performance excellence else post increase. Increment is average. 14 plants present in surat location. Plant is very old since 1980 but fully automation and DC's system present. Don't idea about politics.
Increment depending upon manager so it's directly depend upon relationship of manager. If you are done good work for whole year but your relationship don't maintain so don't achieve increment for your expectation. Communication don't occure for DGM and executive.which occure company loss and also employee.
I was training officer of navin fluorine in boron trifluoride plant. Which I had learnt many technical or non technical thinks.when I do probation period at that time do visit all plant of navin fluorine.plant capacity and productivity very higher.
