Th work culture is by far one of the best. I do not have a lot of experience working yet as it is my first job but I know that it is so positive by comparing anyone else's experiences. The positivity and support created by Nikit, Kunal and the whole team helps me be the most creative I can be. There is so much freedom to explore ourideas. Not exactly dislike, and I do believe that we are getting there, but a better salary package. It is already a lot for a beginner. And we have great benefits and bonuses set up. I believe that this will increase overtime so great overall.

The work environment in general has been quite different from my previous experience. The communication and connectivity with the whole department has a much more emotional satisfaction and a safe space where I can truly open up my creativity and thoughts.

I haven't personally experienced any circumstances of concern to dislike anything in particular. I'll make sure to connect if any point of concern bothers me in the future.
