Get salary on time. In corona pandemic also they given salary without any delay. Work culture is very Good. Management was very supportive. You will never get feeling boar with your work.

Little bit pressure at the time of client Billing. In some times for overcoming that pressure you have to work on Sunday also (It's not a problem to who loves their work and greatful to their company).

Ncc comes under top 10 construction companies in india. Jo security is average here.

Dislikes

management is very terrible here. They do discrimination between North and South Indians. Staff welfare is only on papers, very poor staff welfare. Hr only call once in your ncc job period during recruitment.
