The company is open to learn things and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that has a high quality products and has a global client base. I had learn many things from this company. It is a company of learning.

Dislikes

Growth is slow that to work for 14-15 hours daily. Manager do not value an individual's ability and strength and sometimes unnoticed from my manager for appraisal. Also there is no on-job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes

Work

Hectic because there is no time management for the fresher trainee. I keep an 18- month rolling demand calender ready, hoping that someday I will get recognized for all its efforts.

Neel metal a fastest growing industry in sheet metal and in fabrication of two wheeler auto parts. A good team work and having a excellent working environment. In a week or in a month a training program held by HR by different deptt. HOD's. Job security is there without any politics. All over a good growing industry.

The company provide full support and facility for employee.outside training provided by company to opportunity learn much and implemented in company which is beneficial for growth of company and individual.work culture is good and more opportunity to learn lot of enough in shop floor about press shop machine heavy tonnage, tools,dies, system etc.career grow opportunity here and good team work in company.

I dislike this company bcz there is value of your talent if u work very good management not given any award if u have some mistake then reward given.

Neel metal products Ltd is a JBM group company. It works in sheet metal fabrication engineering. the main products of Neel metal are Frame assembly, swing arm, fuel tank, muffler comp , and many more sheet metal parts of 2 wheelers. I love to work in Neel metal.

Nothing is there to dislike. If you do your work professionally & perfectly with deciplinely, you don't have to worry. Increment's management is similar as in other Indian base companies.

work was challenging as i had no experience in Business excellency.But took the challenge and proved to the management that there decision was not wrong to choose me for this position by winning the 6 times monthly 5s,Safety & kaizen Award.

Company is open to innovation and adopt latest technologies. It's a major automotive components supplier all over India and largest group in sheet metal components. Job security is very heigh and gradually growth happens year to year.

Working hours is slightly more , some times we have to work for 14-15 hours.
Work pressure is high lack of staff to do their respective jobs.

Career growth very lose there.l want more seeking my career.have to work 13 to 14 hours at the same time high pressures there.
