Can't expect anything, You did not get appraisal, Huge Politics between team, I have joined as a intern they told me after 3 month I will be promoted but I got promoted after 7 months with less hike from previous organization. Micromanagement. They will force you to give up, no motivation. They gave fake promises to their employees.
