I joined this workplace only six months ago with the hope of learning a lot, and it;s proven to be an excellent decision for my career. The people hare are genuinely helpful and friendly. Nobody displays ego, and everyone, especially the management and seniors, is down ro earth.

An excellent place to be...out stained candidates are given accommodation benefits...I received it... also was unaware of some HR formal processes, but the HR people guided me politely. Also, my team people are very good. And, again, I will say that it's a nice place where you people behave respectfully to each other. Grab an opportunity if you get it.

I wondered after started working here, I have worked in 2-3 startups before even they have good life balance, This organization have client first policy, they don't care about employees, If you don't agree to their terms they will immediately lay off you. Overall, the work environment is dynamic and performance driven. Also, the champions league hosted by the company in December was truly amazing for sports enthusiasts. I haven’t experienced anything like this earlier.

These three are employees friendly over here, to quite an extent. Insurance cover is there, and in addition to it, gratuity and provident fund benefits are also on offer. Talking or work, one gets to deal with the latest platform and technologies. It helps to stay update at the industry level. I get to experiment and try out new things as well. Self-learning opportunities are plenty.

Activities and initiatives are arranged for the same on a timely basis. It has enhanced the performance of our team. Our inter-person skills have also improved. Communication has become refined. Other than this, the employee engagement initiatives are relaxing and rejuvenating.

They make it a point to recognize good performances. Their way is to provide encouragement and motivation. It is working for me and I am able to give my best. My teammates are understanding and cordial, and I love to work with them. Developed friendships with a number of them. No regrets for now.

Neosoft private limited company all payment based on approval basis so it was difficult to pay payment to vendor. Also compulsory to sign bond of 1 year and after appresal everyone should to sing bond of 1 year.

Poor Management. If client make you work more than 9 hours it will not be considered as overtime. If client have 6 working days then you will have to work for 6 days.
