After resigning from that place they haven't provided my salary yet! (last month salary) so I'm bit dissapointed !

I got to learn new things. Treatment is very good we will learn much more and team work is excellent. Entire team is very helpful and cooperative which will help us to learn work easily in organised manner.

Dislikes

Work load is heavy compared to salary. Staffs are lacking due to which single staff have to do double shift most of the time. During illness also we dont get leave due to lack of staffs.

It was good experience. I learnt many new things.....at the same time felt bad because there are less staff because of which we had to suffer and do double duties.

Nothing good about working at Neotia except it has got variety of patients due to its strategic location which drains parts of bihar, bengal and almost whole of the northeast.

Dislikes

Its a hospital run by unprofessional and unskilled administrators who are of the view that you start a hospital to only juice out money from their patients. Their behaviour towards employees is also inappropriate. If they get another employee for a lesser salary, they won't care about your quality and credentials and make you leave the job</mark>....Read More
