Work- life balance is very difficulty and no Innovation. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.
My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations.

Company running on donation, they don't approve travel claim until they get funding from somewhere. Employees deductions is inovative source of income, they have recovery agents called vigilance team which are most unprofessional, no manners to talk, daily SOP changes....ufffffffff Tooo frustrating . Daily hiring 10 people and daily resignation approx twenty
