Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and incentives

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Only two or three senior managers are receiving a salary hike, increment, appraisal, and benefits. There is no support for ground-level employees or other team members. Additionally, senior managers are skilled in playing politics, to the extent that they avoid any interaction with HR and other company leaders.

Great place to learn about property management. As a start up company still it sustained in pandemic and always gave salaries to their employee on time. Incentive structure is awesome.

Dislikes

Customer care is very irresponsive and for every small issue they will reach area manager or Zonal manager. Company should also pay for expense of mobile and fuel atleast to their front line staffs.
