There is not much to be liked about the company apart from the colleagues. The management is very biased if you touch their toes you will be promoted even if you don't do any work and come for 2 hours to office. They will take you on free trips just because they are biased.

Very biased and politics. Even if you work day and night they will say you are not working If they find your salary is high they will remove you for no reason They like only those people who are favourite of managers or are good looking If you are from Amity own an iPhone you will be selected but won't be paid enough If you drink and smoke you will be able to connect with others Even when you are hospitalized or down with fever you are asked to work despite taking leave Salary promotion is only for those who are manager's favourite Targets assigned are impossible and irrational HRs are just puppets they don't reply to email or calls Logistics, salary and other departments work like government officials your mother may be dying but they won't help you with insurance, they just won't pick up the call because offices are spread across north pole and south pole apparently Most kids are hired with no experience and when they mess up the blame comes on you Employees are so wiered that they have to write etiquettes list in the elevators and corridors like do not push any one. Management doesn't care about employees they are just making money and company is on auto pilot. Arrogance has blinded their eyes. They think they are better than Tata and Microsoft or even Apple. They will take you on trips and then ask you to pay for those trips. There is nothing to learn here, they don't want to spend money on latest tools. They would rather pay hefty amount to agencies rather than employees and commission will go to the person involved. It is like making a Tesla car with stone edged tools. Old employees who are in this company from long time, thinks that they are the owners of the company and will make you feel bad each second 4. You will be mentallly demotivated 5. Inspite of knowing all this issues, HR and your Head wont take any action

There is shuttle service but not for all the stops. They give you free small quantity snacks everyday. On records you have access to work from home for 5 days but reality is manager hardly approves Even 1. Choose your department wisely otherwise you might get in AP1 Delhi.

There is almost nothing to like about Newgen. You can yourself judge the atmosphere by knowing that within one year 5 people resigned from the same team. Its like an infinite loop, you are stuck inside doing nothing productive forever. Team politics is cunning then drama plots. People are ready to pull you down always.
