A 5-day working schedule and an accessible office location were the only positives.
Dislikes
Unrealistic targets, coupled with minimal training of new tools and domains. There was financial insecurity, as the company would deduct salaries at the drop of a hat. There was constant friction between the marketing folks and the editorial for promotional content. The biggest drawback was the attitude of the editor, who lacked verbal etiquettes and patience.
