Everything here is pathetic , This is LALA company all people are hypocrite, they hire in 2 mins and fire in 1 month, they change policy every day, for attendance you have to beg to your manager, Not giving promotion even after giving Everything to the company, they are hiring mainly from Byjus, so all things happen with byjus are going to happen with this company ultimately they are going to shut down, lifts are not even worth of 2 lacs are selling into high price of 20 lacs. No HR system, No growth opportunity, No promotion, They can demote you any time without prior notice even they have fired showroom manager office boy for cost cutting they are big liars they don't provide any service to Clients lifts are like toy only. They hired one uneducated guy with only experience in byjus as Global sales head just because he is friend of MD Mr Vimal babu. They have fired all old employees and BDMs. They even asked all employee to do not talk ex employee and they even try to monitor personal social media profile of all employees. Like I have joined and left the company in single day, the keep changing their commitments to an employee, policies keep changing every day HR will not response to your problems or try to resolve them. The accomodation they provide to their employees are full of insects and if you compliant them about this then they will not resolve it They treated their employees like they own them

Process they follow for cracking client, review process on employees in shorter duration of time is good, but it's a Lala Kind of a company.

If you reported data breaching due to competitiness in branch, and requested them for camera recording check with the data modification done on our laptop with time , they avoid taking action as there are 2-3 people involved as there are only 5 people working in the branch. Removing 3 corrupted employees against one is not easy...no professional future with is company. ITs just not a single case what employees faced. Everyday is a new learning with this company, though it was the stat up but they have maintain there company culture very well, salary on time, reimbursement on time, higher manager is very supportive, one of the good organization to work with

If ur in sales ul have to travel alot,doesnt matter u travel 500km today,tommorrow they will expect the same from you, experience centre and office primises is king of joke,ul find betel shop are more spacious than the EC.
