After layoff, have received from offer from other company of 12lpa. The 2nd company is offering same role & shift for 15lpa. The 2nd company's interview round are 3. Out of which 1st is scheduled. Existing ctc was 10lp. The 1st company offering letter is 5 min walking from home. I am confused which to consider? Any reviews location to be preferred or package?

Dislikes: I don’t like the higher management. They themselves don’t know what is the KPI and expect you to work accordingly to KPI. Many other employees were not performing well still manager was not having an issue with them. I feel like there is some kind of Favouritism was there.

Dislikes: Its a product base company but the management is from service base and they have made the company literally service base. No hike, no promotion if you licking therer feet thrn they will like you. And then you will get the hike and promotion.
