Building a solid foundation in a startup demands significant effort and dedication." Above mentioned lines are not dislike , thsese are the challanges in startup , it depends person to person .

Very Very bad organisation , plz dont work , don't even think off joining NIINE if you have a stable job

1 - primary oriented 2 - false commitment on primary and thereafter not keeping that 3 - every now and then review , review and review , no work life balance 4 - Mr Santanu , worst Manager to work with , does not undrstand things , only focused on primary ( bhar main jaye duniya)
