Again, the DGM of MP team. He has no knowledge about the work. Never do anything. Always transfer this tasks to his team, doesn't even know how to use excel. Highly dependent on his juniors, and have 0 skills to build anything. Working with him feels exhausting and makes you question yourself, why was he even hired.

Building a solid foundation in a startup demands significant effort and dedication." Above mentioned lines are not dislike , thsese are the challanges in startup , it depends person to person .
