Dislikes: No processes. Influencial people handle all decision making and policies. More like anarchy. No professional learning and growth opportunities - just a few general knowledge sessions, very basic level, conducted by HR regularly. Stagnant monotonous work. Too many expectations from one person.
Likes: The work pressure isn't much. You'll be able to balance your personal and professional life easily. You can have a great time at the office.
Dislikes: A huge difference in the salary that we expect and what we get. Moreover, promotions are quite slow.

Likes: It's okay to work in NIIT if you are not looking forward for high salary and promotions. For first timers, it's a good learning experience but for others with experience, NIIT do not give good salary packages as compared with other companies.

Dislikes: 80 % of old employees do not give chance to new people if you are thinking to make career in niit you have no hope. Very bad company politics.
