There is no work life balance in offer letter they clearly mentioned that 8 hrs shift but later it will extended to 13 hrs they are forcing to do 13 hrs shift there is no proper management whenever I'm working my hours shift literally i felt like it is a school

Biased management and favoritism are pervasive, and incentives appear to be arbitrarily distributed based on personal relationships rather than performance. Office politics run rampant, and job security is a constant concern. Managers wield excessive power, even imposing performance improvement plans (PIP) during notice periods for employees who aren’t personal favorites. Additionally, there have been instances where managers instructed employees to write positive reviews on platforms like LinkedIn and Ambition Box, which undermines the authenticity of feedback. Such a third class working environment. They never allow you to work with freedom and toxic culture wherein old employee vs new employee. They just provide free meals in all offices but not enough on the cost of toxic culture & zero support. They work on seasonal basis therefore they hire in September and then start firing people from June. I dont recommend anyone to work in Nobroker. I hv seen them firing people giving zero salary even after working for 28 days. They also send expectation emails once you start serving notice period and they fire you in notice period as well. There are people who joined TL level from inception of Nobroker and they become Directors but they dont have any value when it comes to acknowledge the efforts of an employee. HR only hear your VH so no chance of escalating to HR. Also there is no process of Self ratings in appraisal so you depend on only your Manager feedback. If dont like you then no appraisal even you've worked so hard. I've worked here for almost more than a year but never recommend anyone to join Nobroker....Read More

1. Hire and fire 2. Your efforts will not count I want working there as a city operation manager from 5 month and suddenly they fired me without any notice and i got jobless. After that i called HR for that for HR also told me that is BH call I can’t do anything.
