The Onshore of this company is good and supportive.
Current Mgmt. is not good in the name of a hybrid work model, not an encouraging one. Research-based work in HFS is less. Bitching is too much. The managers in HFS are not that much good.

They expect you to stretch but reluctant to give overtime payment. 12-13hrs per day work IJP is there as per company policy but your manager will never allow to move out. Copy paste work no scope outside. Sick leaves big no they will ask you to login from home. Age old IT systems too much of manual work.

I think not many openings qhen your current assignment is over, manager favoritism and politics in team. Only manager and client favorite will be heard and appreciated if someone is targeted his or her opinion will always be on Not consider mode

NT pays well when compared to others, other benefits like meal vouchers, shift allowance and internet bill reimbursement are very good.
Very poor working culture. Gaining trust of management is the only key to success. You can't sucess even you have done great things in your work. Moreover no one in organisation is ready to answer any kind of questions, they just pass to others or says they are busy.
