There is seriously nothing to be liked about nous infosystem. Don't spoil your career by joining in such a place. Crons which I found are: 1. Company is running from 20 years, and there is no proper procedure for anything. 2.Few projects only there, and that too small projects. Mostly, you will be on bench till the time you stay. 3. Due to short duration they will always want and ask you to extend your working hours daily. And when the time comes for increasing salary. The minimum will be provided to you. 4. Full of politics, no growth in career or salary etc. 5. Even they call on weekends to complete the project. 6. Each project deadline will be very short for example a month, 2 month. They won't even discuss with the developer on the deadlines. One fine day they will say we are running out of schedule. 7. Personal life is questioned and compromised for the company. 8. You will never get a personal life balance. 9. The work culture is pathetic. 10. Can't give no stars, otherwise I would have done that....Read More

Startup kind of work environment , can learn things in small time span.HR team behaves much responsible which is a rare thing to find. Total fixed CTC component.

Many projects are of shorter duration. Has been asking people on bench to resign on their own stating the lack of projects. Sometimes micromanagement. Sometimes need to work on weekends. Misbehaving managers leads. Trainees get projects but the experienced won't. You need to follow them for your probation confirmation.
