Biggest drawback of Novo Nordisk is strict top to down management. There's no feedback or surveys taken from Employee of what changes they want. They wont let you work from home and force everyone whatever suituation you might be to come to office. Office timings are again not suitable for many 8-4.30. Its too early to wake up and travel in Bangalore traffics!

Worst company to work with. They follow a process of firing at least 10% of the workforce every 6 months. Also they fire employees within a day which feels humiliating and demeaning. In India company is run by couple of inexperienced people from Ahmedabad office, who joined the company at early stage.

Some department units are headed by managers which are incompetent and not supportive. They don't understand the concern of employees and not helping in resolving the issues. Persons working there are complaining in nature and instead of helping new employee, they will complain about you to manager and provide negative feedback.

Toxic management and extreme politics, in the name of Company's culture, leadership takes advantage of ruling employees leading them to mental stress. Despite of all the good work and efforts of an employee, there will be no appreciation. If one sacrifices their self-respect and follow everything their manager says, will survive here even without doing any work.
