I am an aberration from the norm. NRB has put a few young people on a fast track learning curve to take on bigger leadership role a lot early on in our careers. So the amount of responsibilities and expected delivery is far greater than normal expectations.
Appraisal Policy is quite skewed. People who don't have enough visibility don't exactly get the same benefits. Promotions are handed over without increased responsibilities. Investing in young and middle management to make them better understand the products/application better still need to be improved
The work assigned to me is very exciting. I handle multiple projects cutting across geographical location of plants with respect to production.
I analyse and project models that would see the growth of the company and amount of investments required,etc
