I like the coworkers and trainers most of them very humble and polite.

Dislikes

1.There is no job security. For example we have to clear have to score 90% the test every week if we failed to clear the test then they will terminate. 2. The most worst thing is after completing 6 months if we want to resign then we have to serve 60 days notice period in that notice period we can't survive because of the challenges we it's self have to dropout

The other teams that i do not work yet have communicated with are amazing. The people are good, other than the team that iam in.

Dislikes

The teams are very toxic. They deliberately make you question your skills and knowledge just cause they wanna show they know better and they kick you out of the group if they dont like you, making you look like you do no work.

Its a global company and got some decent clients and perks will be 5-15% for different bands.They got some good practice and it all depends on your manager.

Dislikes

We got typical indian managers who are tough to handle at times with their Indian mentality but if you work for in client location you are free on your own and get good names and move on with your career aspiration.
