I joined NTT data as fresher and they put me in a testing project . honestly saying I didn't learn anything and developer that I have seen there have no coding knowledge . Even after showing so much enthusiasm and I think my coding was better than all those developer I have met there, they didn't let me transfer my domain and now during the pandemic they are firing the employees . I didn't get to see any good part of ntt. Also in one year there was increment of 1k in salary which is below market standard even . Hikes and compensations are really really bad....Read More
