Less salary more than 13 hrs work sat full day office instead of saying that sat is a half day. No training pressure level is much high 0 percent work life balance if there is a month end you have to work on Sunday also.

Everything about The Oberoi group is good except the pay scale and career growth. It's slower here than any other company. However, during Covid 19, I was provided with an opportunity to work from home which proved fine for my family and to retain my job as well.i

There is nothing to dislike about my company. The only grievance I would like to express, if at all would be the pay scale. Else, everything is fine.

Worst property to ever work with, very toxic, the staff is very rude, abusive and pathetic. Some of the managers in the department are literally good for nothing, they'll make your life a living hell because of them I'm facing mental health issues. If they don't like you then they'll do everything in their hand to degrade and demeanyou, ruin your whole reputation amongst other people and the worst thing is the management, literally useless, even if you go to them and talk about your concerns they'll just try to talk it off and ignore it. So many people have left the company because of this people but yet management has done nothing. Literally shame on this property!...Read More
