Awesome Group of companies...people will like to work.They will learn a lot of things.Appraisals are awesome and you get a yearly bonus too..work life balance is less but you can work it out through planning anyway...

Dislikes

Teammates are really good.Mentors will teach you how the work has to be done....will give you tremendous knowledge in terms of work...no politics.

Salary is good with tip as compared to other property.

Work life balance is very poor you can't even get 3-4 ours for your personal life manager /management is very poor they treat u like labour.

Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Specially our general manager Mr. Abhishek Panshikar. It's been 2 ND 1/2 year I am working with hospitality industry but I have never met a person like Mr. Panshikar. I like his attitude. His way of talking everything is appropriate.
